The Best Dry Cleaner in Greater Cincinnati

Family-owned and operated for more than 70 years, A-One Cleaners is respected as the best Greater Cincinnati dry cleaner. We’ve built our reputation on the highest quality of care and unmatched customer service.

Bob Folzenlogen was just 16 years old when he started as a truck driver at A-One Dry Cleaners. His dedication and passion launched him into a management role, and Bob eventually bought a small portion of stock in the company. Years later, he bought the company outright and proceeded to turn A-One into one of Cincinnati’s finest cleaners.

After 50 years of service and community leadership, Bob finally retired from A-One and turned the operation over to his son, Mark. That same dedication and passion continues to make A-One one of Cincinnati’s best. Since taking over, Mark has opened new stores, expanded the number of routes to area homes and businesses, and, along with his wife, Janice, built A-One’s Fabric Restoration division into one of the region’s largest. Check out our Services and Resources and come Meet the Team.

What you’ll find from the best Cincinnati dry cleaner is quality, service, experience and dedication at every turn. That’s just the A-One way.

With over 200 years of combined experience in fire and water restoration, why would you go anywhere else?

Our Team

Mark Folzenlogen – Owner
Mark took over as Owner of A-One from his dad Bob, continuing a long family legacy of quality dry cleaning, fire and water restoration. Mark was actively involved in the Great Lakes Management Group, a regional dry cleaning management collaborative, for over 20 years. He served on the board of the Ohio Cleaners Association, and he served as President from 2000-2001. He is the founding Member of North American Restoration Dry Cleaners (Renewal Claim Solutions) and has been actively participating on the board since its inception, serving as President from 2011-2013.

Janice Folzenlogen – Owner
Janice began working at A-One Dry Cleaners after her second child was born in 1992. She started working in the office managing the payroll and customer accounts, and slowly mastered every aspect of the business. For the past 10 years, her focus and drive have been on the development of the Restoration Division, positioning A-One as a market leader. In 2010, Janice was asked to rekindle the International Order of the Blue Goose Chapter in Cincinnati. This organization is for anyone related to the insurance industry and focuses on charity. Since then, Janice has led numerous events such as Christmas Toy drives, Monte Carlos and golf tournaments that have benefited hundreds of people and raised over $150,000 in cash and goods. Her favorite event is the Christmas Toy/clothing drive. A-One customers have participated for numerous years, and we are continually surprised by their generous donations! If you have been a customer of A-One for several years, you may have also met Janice and Mark’s three children, Alex, Dylan and Sydney. They have all worked in the dry cleaners during their high school and college years. It truly is a family business.

Dylan Folzenlogen – Owner
Dylan has been involved in the dry-cleaning business since high school, working part time until moving into a full-time position after graduating from The Ohio State University. Working through the ranks, he made it to the mantle of Restoration Manager in 2018, overseeing and managing the work flow and the people involved. His drive and ambition keep him learning and evolving with the business as we continue to grow. Dylan purchased his first home in Cincinnati and now has a puppy to add to the family.

Lee Hendrixson, Restoration Manager
Lee has been in the cleaning and customer service industry for more than 25 years as a carpet and upholstery cleaner, drapery cleaner and plant manager. Now, as Manager of A-One’s fire restoration business, Lee has the opportunity to help people in their time of need. His honest, sincere approach and calming nature are ideal for customers going through a very traumatic time in their lives. It is this sincere approach that has helped A-One achieve extraordinary growth in its Restoration Division over the past several years. Lee enjoys reading, music and movies and currently resides in Bethel with Jody, his wife of more than 30 years.

Jeff Frank, Route Sales/Customer Service
For a business that relies so heavily on customer service, Jeff is one of A-One’s most valuable assets. Jeff started his career at A-One in 1977 while still a student at Purcell High School, running local relay routes under Bob Folzenlogen. Now Jeff works for Mark, but his commitment to customer service has remained the most important part of his job. “Jeff will do whatever it takes to please a customer,” says Mark. “He’s the most service-oriented person I know – not just at A-One, but anywhere.” Jeff is a resident of Cincinnati, where he lives with his wife Lorna. They have two children, Allison and Chris.

Tina Brigham, Office Manager
Every company has that one person that keeps all the gears running smoothly, and all the people rowing in the same direction. For A-One, that person is Tina Brigham. Tina’s organizational and customer service skills have been a tremendous asset to our company, handling everything from scheduling to national program work. Tina enjoys reading, photography, crafting and spending time with family. She resides in Deer Park with her husband David and two children.
